Getafe are keen to hold onto Manchester United striker Mason Greenwood.
Greenwood has made an instant impact with Getafe, where he is on a straight loan this season.
The forward was again impressive for yesterday's 1-1 draw with Granada, creating Getafe's goal for Borja Mayoral.
The Sun says Getafe want to hold talks with United about a transfer or an extended loan.
A source told the newspaper: "Getafe have discussed trying to get United round the table so they can make an offer, which they believe could be attractive to United to get Mason off their wage bill.
"The likelier option is United agree for the loan to be extended as they know that Mason is happy and rebuilding his life."
