La Liga side Getafe find themselves in a very strong position with respect to Mason Greenwood.

The English forward is on loan from Manchester United until the end of the season.

While United have a clause that says they can recall Greenwood or sell him to another club, Getafe are in a win-win situation.

If they get to keep Greenwood, he continues to score goals, while United recalling him would incur financial penalties.

For instance, if Greenwood is sold before the season ends, Getafe get 20 percent of the fee.

The 22-year-old is never likely to play for United again due his arrest on charges of attempted rape and assault in January 2022.
