Getafe coach Bordalas on Real Madrid defeat: If it's not Vini it's Joselu; I'm surprised by Unal sale

Getafe coach Jose Bordalas had no complaints after defeat to Real Madrid.

Real won 2-0 on Thursday night via a Joselu brace.

Bordalas later said: "The truth is that we were facing the strongest team in the championship along with Girona. The team has tried from the beginning. The goal gave them confidence and broke the script we had prepared a little. If it's not Vinicius it's Joselu as we saw.

"The team tried in the second half, we tried to stop Real Madrid from coming out but Real Madrid is a well-equipped team, they went on the counterattack and you are left with the feeling that the team has not lost going into the game. We must not forget that Real Madrid is a team of a very high level."

On Enes Ünal leaving for Bournemouth, he added: "Enes has been a surprise, if it is good for the club and the economic interests we have to adapt. We are a small club, there is an opportunity for the club to grow. I have no doubt that they will try to cover an important player who now is missing.

"He was already fully recovered and in this second round he could've been an important player for us."
