Getafe are swooping for Chelsea winger Kenedy.

Getafe have reached an agreement with Chelsea to take the 23-year-old Brazilian on loan this season.

AS says Kenedy turned down offers from Reading, Sassuolo and Schalke 04 for the opportunity to play Europa League football with Getafe.

Kenedy is already in Madrid for his medical examination. His signing is expected to become official in the coming few hours.

He has spent the past 18 months on-loan with Newcastle United, where he managed 47 appearances.
