A mystery Bundesliga club wants to take Maceo Rigters on-loan from Blackburn Rovers.
The Lancashire Evening Telegraph says a club in the Bundesliga is keen to take the Dutchman on loan for the rest of the season, but they must first off-load a member of their own squad.
