Genoa striker Hernan Crespo has no regrets leaving Inter Milan.

The Argentine veteran left Inter in the summer, but remains a fans' favourite.

"The last year in Milan was very difficult for me, I trained well during the week but then on Sunday I was ignored and was often left out. I had to make an important choice for me to return to smile again," said Crespo.

"Who can be my heir? Diego Milito looks likely, he even shares the same agent, Fernando Hidalgo, as me."
