Genoa striker Goran Pandev has paid tribute to former club Inter Milan.
Pandev is grateful to Inter for taking him to Italy.
Recalling his controversial arrival in 2010, he told Calciomercato.com: “The team had returned from Dubai, where they were training.
"I arrived at Pinetina on 3 January. When (Jose) Mourinho called me and explained a few things, I thought: I'm home. I felt I had to give my all. I want to tell you something.
"At that moment, my physical condition after six months of inactivity was about 80%.
"The body always keeps some hidden energy for itself. Mourinho drew there, I can't explain better how. If I'd been told we'd win the Treble, I wouldn't have believed it, but instead we won the whole thing. It was a dream. Like I said before, you don't know what life brings you."
