Genoa striker Diego Milito is delighted after his start to the season.

"I'm extremely happy with this win against a top team like Roma and I am delighted with the affection of the fans," Milito declared on Sky Sport Italia.

"I didn't expect to make waves so soon but obviously I always hoped to do better on my return.

"Our aim now is to take things up a notch by picking up points away from home, starting with Fiorentina this weekend."
