Genoa president Enrico Preziosi has told Luca Antonini he should move on.
The wing-back rejected a move to Watford last month.
"He must be the one to clarify his situation, not me," Preziosi is quoted by PianetaGenoa.
"Antonini will have all of our respect as long as he continues to play for the club. Regarding the technical aspects and his behaviour that's something he'd have to answer himself.
"For me, he's a Genoa player and must be respected.
"Antonini knows how things went, we'll clarify things when the time is right, but he's definitely not in our plans anymore."
