Genoa president Enrico Preziosi has scoffed at reports that Tottenham intend to sign Diego Milito for £8 million this summer.

"Milito in the past has refused Tottenham, who offered much more than we in Genoa could," revealed Preziosi.

"The proposed figure of £8 million is ridiculous. For that figure, the English club could only get the ear of Milito."
