The agent of Genoa defender Mimmo Criscito says they're waiting for AC Milan to make concrete their interest.

Milan have confirmed they intend to buy the Italy international this month.

"All I can say is that there is interest in him," said Andrea D'Amico. "However, any interested club must first reach an agreement with Genoa.

"Once something concrete happens then the club will call us and let us know of the situation."
