Genoa president Enrico Preziosi has confirmed their interest in Lazio defender Lorenzo Di Silvestri.
He said: "We are also interested in Lorenzo Di Silvestri because he is a player with a great future.
"We know that his contract expires in 2010, but we don't want to be sly and we will go about things in the correct way with Lazio.
"We have already expressed an interest to Claudio Lotito and we are waiting to hear more from Lazio."
