Genoa have confirmed Inter Milan remain keen on striker Rodrigo Palacio.
The Argentine is wanted by the Nerazzurri and the Grifone are ready to do a deal if their terms are met.
"Palacio won't move to Inter unless we get a player from them in exchange," Genoa President Enrico Preziosi declared.
"Goran Pandev in Rossoblu? Coming to Genoa has to be an honour, I won't accept a player who doesn't want to move here."
