RacingGenk winger Kevin de Bruyne admits preseason at Chelsea will decide if he stays at Stamford Bridge.

The Belgium international joined Chelsea in January before being loaned back to Genk for the remainder of this season.

"Chelsea will take into account my development. If I have a very good preseason I may continue there. But I want to gain experience by playing, so a loan might be better," said De Bruyne.

"I want to play in England for as long as possible. If I have to come back, so be it. At least I tried."
