Udinese are moving for Leicester City midfielder Gelson Fernandes.

The Friulani need reinforcements for the middle of the park, as Kwadwo Asamoah, Thierry Doubai and Emmanuel Badu are set for the African Cup of Nations.

According to Sky Sport Italia, they have secured the signature of Swiss midfielder Gelson Fernandes on loan with an option to buy from Saint-Etienne.

Gelson was released from his loan at Leicester last week.
