Portsmouth chairman Sacha Gaydamak spoke to his stunned players after their 1-1 draw with Fulham.

Gaydamak was in the dressing room at the end of the game to assure his squad following Harry Redknapp's shock move to Tottenham.

Pompey chief Peter Storrie said: "A lot of money has been spent here on players coming in and that's all from Sacha Gaydamak, who has continued to support the club financially.

"He was here today as usual for home matches and went in the dressing room to see people and reassure them."
