Gian Piero Gasperini says he's still working to put his stamp on Palermo.
Gasperini took charge of Palermo last month.
"I am very satisfied with the squad, although it is not 'my' team yet," Gasp said.
"The lads worked hard from the first moment and always gave their all. At first the results did not go our way, but we have a style of football and know what to do both with the ball and without it.
"I always maintain the individuals do not count as much as the overall performance. We have overcome a very important obstacle - the scepticism of our fans.
"Now we must continue working together so that we can finish games off earlier and not run so many risks."
