Craig Gardner hailed Birmingham City's spirit for their 1-1 draw with Tottenham.
Blues looked to be suffering a cup hangover in the first half against Spurs after trailing to a Sebastien Bassong goal.
But Gardner struck 10 minutes from time and City have now lost only one of their last 10 matches in all competitions.
He told the Birmingham Mail: "It was a great result, especially coming off the result in midweek and beating Villa, which was unbelievable.
"Tottenham are brilliant, they are class all over the place but we showed that fighting spirit again.
"We spoke at half-time and can go in the dressing room, be honest with each other and tell each what we are doing wrong and right.
"I thought we played them off the park second half. We outpassed them and had chances and we could have won the game."
Gardner added: "We are an honest team all over the pitch, from the keeper to the strikers.
"Everyone is prepared to put their body on the line for the club and that's great to see.
"Being a Bluenose myself, it's great to see players wanting to do well for the club."
