The Mirror says Turkish giants Galatasaray lead the chase for the Senegalese striker who is currently away on African Nations Cup duty.
Cisse, 29, is a popular choice among Galatasaray fans as the Turkish club look to bring in reinforcements and have cash to spend during the window.
But there has also been interest from Swansea and the Middle East while scouts have been lurking at the African Nations Cup as they believe Newcastle may be tempted to sell.
