Galatasaray are pushing to sign Manchester City veteran Fabian Delph.
Aksam says Delph has already emptied his locker at City in anticipation of a move away, and now Galatasaray are named as a possible destination.
Galatasaray boss Fateh Terim has identified Delph as a replacement for former City man Fernando - linked with Sevilla - and has made Delph his top target.
Delph wants to be part of England's Euro 2020 squad next summer so would be open to a move.
He has fallen down the pecking order at City after a season on the fringes, and the arrival of Angelino from PSV Eindhoven has made him fourth choice at left back.
