Galatasaray sporting director Cenk Ergün admits Juventus have made an attempt for Wesley Sneijder.

Ergün was speaking at the Wyscout Forum.

“Yes, we spoke," Ergün said.

“But it was right for him to remain with us. He's happy in Istanbul, and he's a very important part of our team."
