Pantaleo Corvino is weighing up his future at Fiorentina over the Adrian Mutu debacle.

Il Messaggero says the Viola sports director is raging after his decision to sell Mutu to Roma was vetoed by the Della Valle family on recommendation from coach Cesare Prandelli.

The highly-rated Corvino is now seriously considering walking out on Fiorentina and club chiefs have already been in contact with England team manager Franco Baldini about returning to Italian football as a replacement.
