Fully fit Carragher forced to play waiting game at Liverpool

Jamie Carragher is having to play a waiting game at Liverpool.

The Daily Mail says Reds boss Kenny Dalglish passed up the chance to hand Carragher an instant recall at Chelsea after his recovery from a calf problem.

And it is likely Liverpool’s vice-captain will have to play second fiddle again to Martin Skrtel and Daniel Agger for Sunday’s visit of Manchester City.
