Premier League side Fulham have made an offer worth around £4.5 million to Chelsea for their young winger Callum Hudson-Odoi.
The attacker, who was on loan at Bayer Leverkusen last season, is eager to leave Stamford Bridge.
While he has a year left on his contract, Hudson-Odoi wants to play regularly to resurrect his career.
Per The Mail, Fulham are eager to secure the 22-year-old, as they believe he can thrive under boss Marco Silva.
Hudson-Odoi is a direct and creative player, even though he has lost some of the pace he showed as a teenager.
Chelsea's £8 million valuation of the player could still prove to be an issue in negotiations.
