Fulham forward Bryan Ruiz has passed a medical with PSV Eindhoven.
The 28-year old Costa Rica international is now set to return to Holland once the Cottagers and PSV come to terms on a deal.
"He did have a medical at the club on Monday and I can say that everything went well," Ruiz's agent Rene Vijt said.
"Now it is up to the two clubs before anything else can happen."
Former Alajuelense ace Ruiz joined Fulham from FC Twente in 2011 following a spell in Belgium with Gent between 2006 and 2009.
