Belgium defender Jason Denayer could be moving to Fulham before the transfer window closes.

According to Football Insider, the 27-year-old free agent is desperate to find a club in the coming weeks.

He has not been with a team since departing Lyon in the summer at the expiry of his contract.

Fulham want to add defenders with top flight experience, as they look to avoid going straight back down to the Championship.

Belgium boss Roberto Martinez has recommended Denayer to his counterpart at Fulham, Marco Silva.

The two have a shared experience from their respective times in charge of Everton.
