Fulham are moving for Anderlecht defender Kara Mbodj.

HLN says Anderlecht coach Hein Vanhaezebrouck has approved the sale of Mbodj this month.

While interest has arrived from Turkey and Germany, Fulham are the most serious and in the best position to meet Anderlecht's €5m valuation.

Further strengthening Fulham's case is Mbodj's ambitions of playing in England.

The defender came close to joining Leicester City last year, only for a knee injury to scupper the deal.
