Fulham midfielder Harry Wilson was delighted about their 2-1 win against Leeds United in Saturday's early kickoff.
Second-half goals from Wilson and Andreas Pereira saw the Cottagers to their win, with Joao Palhinha turning inside his own net late on.
Wilson said, "It was a bit nervy towards the end, the goal didn't help but its massive three points.
"We have always had belief and the quality in the team and to keep high up the table. That relegation battle is intense this year with a number of teams down there and luckily we are not one of them."
On his goal, Wilson said: "It fell lovely for me, it was a good team move and it came back of the keeper and it just sat up nicely and I could get a nice connection on it.
"The final pass wasn't always there. There was a few of moments that we managed to create and thankfully we could only get two goals."
