Fulham development coach Billy McKinlay believes this season fans will see the first signs of the programme making a first team impact.

He told fulhamfc.com: "I've spoken to the players about the progress and the next steps for them. We had Rob [Milsom] recently go with the First Team squad to Korea and I think steps like this are not only encouraging for me to see but for the player as well who gets the feeling that he has the manager watching him and overseeing his progress.

"Rob was able to show the manager what he is capable of over a sustained period of time while away. We have players now like Leijer, Moncur, Watts, Brown and Milsom who are at a stage where they need to start impacting the First Team."
