Fulham caretaker boss Scott Parker insists staying up remains within their grasp.
Parker wants all of his team to dig in but will turn to more experienced players such as Kevin McDonald, 30, to lead the fight for survival.
"We need people all hands to the pump," he said. "And Kev's certainly that guy. It's a quiet squad here. It's a squad that's obviously had new additions and it's a bit of a mixed squad in that sense and we need some real leaders and real characters and that's not just vocally, that's on the pitch with the ball as well.
"But certainly this is a time for people to really take ownership of what they do, take some responsibility of where our performances are and where they've been."
