Fulham skipper Scott Parker admits they face a tough season ahead.
Parker was speaking after defeat to Swansea City.
He said: "It's going to be a difficult year for us in terms of points.
"When you look at the table it does not look pretty. We need to get some points and get them quickly or it is going to be a tough season.
"If we can win a couple of games all of a sudden the pressure can come off and things happen for you a bit.
"I can understand why the fans are frustrated. All of us are and I can see where the fans are coming from.
"They pay their money and want to see us winning games and we are not doing that. I know it is a cliche, but at this part of the season, where we are, we have to stick together."
