Fulham boss Marco Silva was pleased for matchwinner Carlos Vinicius after victory over Luton Town.
Vinicius jumped from the bench to score the only goal of the game in the second-half.
Silva later said: "He made the impact that we needed in that moment on the pitch, not just because he scored - but of course, scoring is always the most important thing for a striker.
"Nice to see Carlos score. Very good week from him and he deserved the chance to go in and nice to see him be decisive for us.
"The competition (between him and Raúl Jiménez) is also important to us."
