Fulham boss Roy Hodgson wants Liverpool defender Sami Hyypia at the end of the season.
Hodgson and Hyypia were allies in their time together with Finland and now the relegation-fighting manager wants to give the defender a two-year deal to make him move at the end of the season.
Hyypia's Anfield deal runs out in the summer.
