Fulham boss Roy Hodgson loves the attitude of striker Erik Nevland.

For today's derby against Chelsea, Hodgson will hand a rare start to Norway striker Nevland as Andy Johnson is out with a knee injury.

It will be only Nevland's third Prem start. But Hodgson said: "He's 31 but, quite frankly, he could be 21."
