Gonzalez is a regular with City's reserve team since his arrival last season.
The Daily Star Sunday says Leicester, Sheffield United, Plymouth, Fulham, Burnley, Portsmouth, Middlesbrough and Oldham have all scouted City goalkeeper Gonzalez in recent weeks.
