Fulham are pushing to sign Chelsea pair Lucas Piazon and Tomas Kalas in a permanent deal.
The Daily Star says Chelsea are close to completing their first piece of transfer business of the summer.
Blues playmaker Piazon and centre-half Kalas are set to join Fulham in a £8m double deal.
The pair have failed to settle at Chelsea, having been sent out on loan a combined 12 times during their time at Stamford Bridge.
Their latest loan spell was at Fulham as they helped the Cottagers gain promotion to the Premier League via the play-offs.
