Philippe Coutinho is planning to leave Inter Milan in the summer.
The Brazilian youngster wants a move away to gain regular first team action.
Since Leonardo's arrival at the club, the 18-year-old has only made four appearances in four months.
It has been a disappointing second half of the season for Coutinho since picking up a hamstring injury in late November.
