Free agent Mario Balotelli has been offered to Besiktas.

Having been released from his contract by Brescia over the summer, Balotelli has been training on his own as he seeks a new club.

Besiktas are in contact and the board are keen to deal in the striker, but coach Sergen Yalcin isn't so sure. Besiktas chiefs are now attempting to change Yalcin's mind.

Saint-Etienne and Genoa have both made attempts, but without success.

"For Balotelli, there will always be a solution: he is one of the strongest strikers in Italy, I am not worried. He will stay in Europe," declared his agent, Mino Raiola, last September.
