Fortuna Dusseldorf coach Friedhelm Funkel says Dodi Lukebakio still has much to learn.

The on-loan Watford midfielder is being celebrated in Germany this week after his hat-trick against Bayern Munich on the weekend.

Funkel was asked if he granted Lukebakio special treatment, but he told BILD: "No, that will not work. But he understands that, too. Dodi gets no special rights with us. He is young - and still has much to learn.

"We have no stars at Fortuna. We have great individual players, but they are only good if the team is good too. And even Dodi is not a star, just because he has scored three goals in his professional life for the first time. He is a team player - and so he gives himself. If that is not the case, the team and I will correct him.

"Dodi is a really good boy. He has some things that others in our team do not have. He is brutally fast, has a very good technique and a fantastic shot with his left foot. What he still lacks: He has to be more robust, is still too often falling theatrically. In training, I do not whistle anymore when he's fouled. Dodi still has to learn that."
