Diego Forlan, the ex Manchester United striker now with Atletico Madrid, could return to the Premiership according to the Uruguayans agent. Forlan's agent Daniel Bolotnikoff told skysports.com that a number of clubs had made enquiries over his client, but insisted he was currently happy in Madrid.

Bolotnikoff said: "I have received calls from big European clubs requesting information about the situation, but I am not authorised to give their names.

"My answer is always the same. Atletico Madrid will decide on this subject.

"Diego is enjoying a great season in front of goal and is happy in Madrid, but at the end of the season we will be in a better position to evaluate the situation.

"Forlan could have a big role in England."
