Brendan Rodgers is believed to be on the radar of Scottish giants Celtic.
The Glasgow club has announced that current manager Ronny Deila will depart this summer which has prompted a host of speculation regarding who will be the Norwegian's replacement.
The likes of David Moyes, Roy Keane, Nigel Pearson and even former boss Neil Lennon have been mentioned but the South Wales Evening Post suggests that Rodgers is also an option for the Hoops.
The Northern Irishman has been out of the coaching caper since he was sacked by Liverpool in October but has been linked with a return to management with jobs at his old club Swansea City and the recently-relegated Aston Villa popping up.
Now, however, it is understood that Celtic are considering Rodgers as they prepare for healthier competition in the form of the return to the Scottish Premiership of Old Firm rivals Rangers.
