The Colorado Rapids' former director of player development, John Murphy, has released a book.

Murphy has just finished Team Training for the Goalkeeper which helps coaches integrate goalkeepers into team practice sessions and allows the coach to train the keepers if there is no specific goalkeeping coach around.

Murphy spent four years with the MLS club in his assistant role which ended in June 2008 before he moved on to Scottish club Livingston where he took over as manager in mid-2009.
