Former Bordeaux coach Willy Sagnol admits working in the Premier League is a target.
Sagnol has been linked with relegated Swansea City.
“The Championship is a very, very difficult League." he told the Mirror. “Everyone wants to get to the Premier League to benefit from the income there.
“But sometimes when you want something so much you forget that structures and passions are very important. Look at PSG. They don't just have millions, they have billions.
“But they can't win the Champions League because football is not just about money. Its about mindset.
“Using my experience I want to try to develop young players and build a strong base at a club. A strong structure for the future.
“To reach the Premier League is one think but the second goal has to be to stay there. If you don't have strong structures then the chances of going down are quite big. So you have to work on that."
