Focus of former Norwich keeper Bunn solely on Aston Villa

Aston Villa goalkeeper Mark Bunn has made it vehemently clear that he is only focused on his current club.

The 31-year-old joined Villa from Norwich City this past summer and after obtaining fond memories during his time at Carrow Road, is hoping he experiences a happy return when he and his teammates travel from the Midlands to Norfolk on Monday night.

"I had three enjoyable years there. I had a great time there," the gloveman told Villa's official website.

"I am looking forward to going back. I haven't been there for a while so it will be good to see everyone.

"When I first signed, John Ruddy got injured at Goodison Park and I got pretty much straight into the team and played virtually the whole season.

"We managed to stay up so it was good times. I enjoyed it.

"Now my focus in on Villa and we're looking for a good result.

"We have picked up two results in a row on the road - at Southampton and Newcastle. They have given us a boost.

"Now it's about turning those draws into wins. These are big games and we need to continue putting points on the board which we are starting to do now on a more regular basis."

Villa are sitting at the foot of the Premier League table on just eight points after 18 matches while Norwich find themselves in 17th, nine points clear of the bottom.
