Fluminense president Celso Barros admits they're yet to close an agreement for Chelsea midfielder Deco.

Deco has declared hopes of moving to Flu after the World Cup, but nothing is yet agreed.

Barros explained: "First, Deco has to disconnect from Chelsea. We had some conversations already. If he can get a release, it can happen.

"He wants to return to Brazil. But there is still nothing concrete."
