Darren Fletcher can now be found on the bench for Manchester United reserves.
The Daily Mail says Fletcher has taken on Paul Scholes's coaching duties with Manchester United's reserve team as he recovers from a bowel condition.
Fletcher, who has not played for United for more than two months, is assisting reserve-team manager Warren Joyce until the end of the season as Sir Alex Ferguson wants him involved with the club, even though he will not play again this season.
Fletcher has been told he needs complete rest from football, but he has been struggling to come to terms with his enforced break.
