Manchester United midfielder Darren Fletcher says the club's devotion to cutting edge sports science is making a difference.
Fletcher has warned United's rivals his team-mates are fitter than ever and ready for a title push in the New Year.
The midfielder told the Manchester Evening News: "We have fantastic facilities at Carrington right down to the fine detail of wearing heart-rate monitors every day. In the last 18 months or so the club has also introduced injury-prevention work. It is all new revolutionary stuff and it makes a difference."
