Kevin Mirallas is set to return to Everton after an inconsistent loan with Fiorentina.

Corriere dello Sport says Fiorentina won't sign Mirallas this summer.

Mirallas, 31, has an £8m permanent option in his loan deal, but his age and inconsistent performances make it unlikely La Viola will activate the agreement.

The Belgian has started three of the last four games of the season but it is 'too late' for him to change anyone's mind.

Mirallas has made 25 Serie A appearances this season, scoring twice.
