Fiorentina striker Luka Jovic has no regrets joining Real Madrid.
Jovic struggled to make an impact while in Madrid, but he insists it was a positive experience.
He said on Serbian TV: "It was good. A great experience for me and I am honoured to have been part of the biggest club in the world. However, I think I left Real Madrid too soon, and the moment I arrived and while I was at Madrid, Karim Benzema exploded and deservedly won the Ballon d'Or.
"I was unlucky at first. First the coronavirus happened, then some injuries, but it was definitely a great experience for me.
“I wouldn't want to single out anyone for their playing qualities, but Benzema marked me and, of course, also Luka Modric, who was always there for me.
"Luka is one of the best players in the history of Real Madrid."
