Fiorentina president Andrea Della Valle is determined to keep Stevan Jovetic at the club.
The 23-year old Montenegrin striker has been heavily linked with a summer move to Arsenal but Della Valle is holding hope that he may decide to stay at the Stadio Artemio Franchi.
"I'm going to meet him when he comes back from the national team. He has a right to decide where he plays," Della Valle told the Italian media.
"I hope he can stay with us."
He added: "If he were to leave we have to be happy with the money that we'll have to strengthen the team."
